Accepting the Rules: When you use HOMETACT's services, you're agreeing to follow these rules. These rules are like a promise between you and us. If you don't agree with any of these rules, please don't use our services.

What We Do: HOMETACT helps make homes and businesses look great inside. We've been doing this for 15 years and have made lots of people happy with our work.

Your Part: You need to tell us exactly what you want and give us the details about your place. If you want to change something about the project, let us know quickly. And when it's time to pay, do it on time like we agreed.

Doing the Work: We'll work hard to finish your project on time, but sometimes things we can't control, like delays in getting materials, might happen. We'll let you know if that happens.

Opinion Counts: We want to know what you think as we work. But once you give us the final "thumbs up," it's hard to change things without extra cost or time.

Who Owns Ideas: The cool ideas we come up with still belong to us, but we'll let you use them in your place. Just don't copy or share them without asking us first.

Paying Us: We'll talk about how much you need to pay in a plan we both agree on. You have to pay on time, or we might need to pause the project.

Changing Plans and Getting Money Back: If you change your mind and want to stop the project, you'll still have to pay for the work we've done. If there's any money we owe you, we'll talk about it based on what we've done so far.

Problems and Responsibility: If something goes wrong because of our work, we'll fix it. But we're not responsible for any extra problems that might happen because of our work.

Making Changes: We can change these rules sometimes. If we do, we'll tell you. If you keep using our services, it means you agree with the new rules.

Damages During Work: While we always do our best to keep things safe, accidents can happen during the project. We're not responsible for any accidental breakages or damages that might occur. It's a good idea to take care of your valuable things just in case.

Team Casualty and Work Interruption: If something unexpected happens to our team members, like an accident, we might need to pause the work for a bit. We'll try our hardest to get things back on track quickly and let you know about any changes to the timeline.

Worker Misbehavior: We're a professional bunch, but if someone on our team doesn't act right towards you or your family, we'll take action against that person. We'll sort out the issue, but we can't be held responsible for what one person does.

Payment Schedule: To make things easy, we ask for half of the payment at the start of the project. Once we're halfway through, we'll need another 30%. The last 20% will be due when we finish and you're happy with everything.

Substitution of Materials: If the specific materials we talked about aren't available, we'll use other good-quality options instead. We want you to like what we do, so any substitutions we make will still look and work great for your project.
